Refund policy

  1. 1. You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package from 333ciuszki.
  2. 2. Before this deadline expires, send the purchased item back to us together with a printed and completed return form, available for download below (at the bottom of the page).
  3. 3. Please make sure the returned item is in the same condition as when you received it from 333ciuszki, with tags still attached and free from any stains or signs of use.
  4. 4. Within 7 days of receiving your return package, we will issue your refund.
  5. 5. We will refund the value of the returned item excluding shipping costs.
